Assenheims 56 of Copthall Avenue, London, EC2 have acquired the leasehold interest of Grazing on Great Tower Street, London, EC3.

After receiving numerous offers for their lease, the current leaseholders agreed the assignment with Assenheims as their 20 year track record and operation was greeted well by the landlord of the building. The business is a family operation headed by Matthew Ashely who comes from a catering family and has been at the helm of the business for around 9 years after graduating with a degree in IT and Business management.

The unit extends to approximately 1,012 sq ft / 94 sq m, is arranged solely on ground floor, has a passing rent of £48,000 pa and a lease that expires in 2028.

Selsian acted on behalf of the leaseholders Grazing who sold the lease to concentrate on their City delivery business and concession in the design museum.
