Benito’s are starting work on-site on the 13th January with an anticipated 8 week fit-out programme. Benito’s have taken an assignment of the existing lease of the 1700 sq ft / 157 sq m venue arranged over the basement, ground and first floors at a passing rent of £60,000 pa together with an un-disclosed premium.
