Hamptons international have acquired the leasehold interest of Dish Dash restaurant, 11-13 Bedford Hill, Balham, SW12 9ET to bring their network of high end estate agents to around 70 branches.

The restaurant which extends to approximately 2,300 sq ft (214 sq m) arranged on ground and basement, has been trading since 2003 and is situated in a much sort after location in Balham.

After receiving a number of offers the current leaseholders and landlord felt Hamptons brought a strong track record and covenant to the premises benefiting the long term investment of the building. Selsian, acting on behalf of Dish Dash, negotiated a significant premium for the property for an assignment of the existing lease at a passing rent of £52,500 pa.
