The Passage Cafe at 12 Jerusalem Passage, Clerkenwell, London, EC1V 4JP has been sold to Sushi Tetsu LLP.

Toru Takahashi, the founder of Sushi Tetsu and a former chef at Nobu, plans to open an informal and traditional Japanese Sushi Bar with a focus on lunch and take away. The restaurant will seat 8 at the sushi bar and a further 10 covers in the restaurant and is due to open in April.

Selsian acted on behalf of the assignors, La Creperie Des Amis and negotiated an assignment of the existing lease for an undisclosed premium. This 950 sq ft restaurant has a passing rent of £20,000 pa.
