Selsian, acting on behalf of Tasty Plc has acquired a site in Didcot, Oxfordshire in an off market transaction.

The site will trade as Wildwood, Tasty’s core restaurant brand and is due to open in March 2013. The 2,500 sq ft restaurant formerly traded as Al Gusto and forms part of The Orchards Shopping Centre in the heart of the town. Nearby operators include Prezzo and Cineworld.

Selsian negotiated an assignment of the existing 4 year lease along with a 10 year reversionary lease direct from the landlord Hammerson Plc, at a rent of £65,000 per annum. An undisclosed premium was also paid.
